Dr Charuta Deshpande, MD Psychiatrist and Counsellor, is on a mission to help people lead a stress- free life by addressing their emotional and physical symptoms of various mental health and stress related disorders. Her national and international experience over the past 14years, makes her equipped with dealing with clients coming from all walks of life, cultures and experiences. In Singapore, she runs a successful practise for the past 5years. Her volunteering experience on Suicide, woman care and children helplines adds on to her vast experience of practise. Her approach is to offer Holistic and Preventive mental health care in order to achieve greater balance, long-lasting wellness and happiness for the patients. Her areas of expertise:a.
